Tuscany July 10 - 19, 2026 Retreat Registration
Welcome! You’re just a few steps away from joining an unforgettable 10-day retreat designed for dance teachers who want to reconnect with their own movement, health, and joy of dancing.
Your week will blend applied neurology, restorative practices, and daily movement sessions — all surrounded by the beauty and rhythm of Tuscany.
Note: There are only 12 (down to 7) rooms total - so you’ll want to reserve your spot sooner versus later!
What’s Included
Daily classes and loads of engaging conversations throughout the week. We can learn from each other!
Two nights of accommodations in Florence, 7/10/26 and 7/18/26, with breakfast included
Transportation to and from Florence to the venue
Seven nights of accommodation at Costa D’Orsala with mountain views and private bathrooms
Healthy breakfasts (brunches) and dinners during the retreat days. (dinner includes wine)
Fresh fruit juices, teas, and coffee
Transportation for optional group excursions
A boat tour of Cinque Terre with time to stop at 2 of the towns.

Round-trip airfare to Florence
Individual transfers from airport to the hotel in Florence
Any lunches or dinners in Florence
Alcoholic beverages outside of dinner at Costa D’Orsala
Personal phone calls
Expenses/shopping during the excursions off the agriturismo. (There is a dinner at a coastal village included after the Cinque Terre boat cruise, both of these events are included in your fee)
Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (compulsory for each participant to have)
Flights & Transportation
You must arrive in Florence, Italy by Friday, July 10th, 2026 to meet up with the group at our hotel. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is on your own. Here is info on transportation options. The hotel for 7/10/26 and 7/18/26 will be announced shortly. If anyone wants to book extra nights at our group rate please get in touch with Angus or Tania. (angus@chirriposa-retreats.com) If you have paid for double occupancy for the retreat, you will be sharing a room with another participant.

Shared room with your own bed. If traveling solo, we’ll thoughtfully match you with another participant.
Payment Plan
Deposit: $500 (non-refundable, applied to your total)
1st Payment: $1,425 due February 1, 2026
Final Payment: $1,425 due May 15, 2026
Single Occupancy – $4,850 USD
Enjoy your own private room with ensuite bath and space to recharge.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit secures your place in the retreat.
Payment Schedule:
Deposit: $500 due at registration
1st payment: February 1, 2026
Final payment: May 15, 2026
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit to hold your spot is refundable for ten days. Any cancellation after 10 days will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit unless we can replace someone in your spot.
Cancellations before January 1, 2026 receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
Cancellations between January 1 and March 1, 2026 receive a 50% refund of payments beyond the deposit.
Cancellations after March 1, 2026 are non-refundable unless your space can be filled from a waitlist.
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
Payments will be processed through Stripe in USD.
If you’re outside the U.S., your card will automatically convert your payment to dollars at the current exchange rate.
